"At Align and Restore Chiropractic, our goal is to provide high-quality, patient-centred care that supports each individual in achieving their health objectives. Our team of experienced chiropractors focuses on identifying the root causes of pain or dysfunction, addressing these directly, and creating tailored treatment plans that promote long-term improvements. Every consultation begins with an in-depth assessment, where we evaluate range of motion, spinal alignment, and overall function. We explain our findings clearly, ensuring patients understand their condition before designing a personalised care plan. Our treatments aim to improve quality of life, whether through reducing pain, enhancing mobility, strengthening muscles, or improving posture. We are committed to achieving measurable outcomes for every patient, helping them move, feel, and function better in daily life. From the moment a patient enters our clinic, we prioritise reducing stress on the muscles, joints, and nervous system. By addressing the underlying causes of discomfort, we can help restore balance, improve posture, and increase overall spinal function. At Align and Restore, every plan is designed with the patient’s long-term health in mind."

If you are looking for a local chiropractor who takes the time to listen and assess properly, Northside Chiropractic Preston offers a calm and practical approach to care. Located on High Street, the clinic supports people across Preston and Melbourne’s northern suburbs with conservative, non-invasive chiropractic care. Many patients arrive with back pain, neck pain, headaches, or stiffness that has slowly built up through work, study, or daily routines. Others want support with posture, recurring discomfort, or maintaining movement as they age. Care begins with understanding how your body is functioning, not just where it hurts. Each appointment starts with a thorough assessment of posture, joint movement, and nervous system function. From there, care is guided by what your body needs at that point in time. Treatment is explained clearly, questions are encouraged, and progress is reviewed as you go.

"Better Backs Better Living is a chiropractic clinic based in the heart of Parramatta, offering care that extends beyond the traditional allied health model. The clinic is built around genuine patient-focused care, delivered by experienced and highly qualified chiropractors who take the time to understand each individual’s circumstances before beginning treatment. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, the team focuses on listening carefully and discussing each person’s health goals. These goals may include reducing pain, improving strength and mobility, increasing flexibility, or recovering confidently from injury. By understanding what matters most to each patient, care can be tailored to support meaningful and lasting outcomes. The chiropractic team works to identify the underlying causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. Every treatment plan is individually designed, recognising that no two people experience pain or injury in the same way. This personalised approach ensures that care remains relevant, effective, and supportive at every stage. Better Backs Better Living supports a wide range of concerns, including spinal conditions such as disc bulges and herniated discs, neck and lower back pain, headaches, migraines, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Patients are welcome to contact the clinic for an obligation-free conversation to determine whether the practice is the right fit for their needs."
"Sims & Finn Chiropractic takes a Neuro-Structural approach to care, focusing on correcting underlying spinal shifts that may contribute to secondary conditions such as discomfort, stiffness, or reduced mobility. Unlike traditional chiropractic approaches that often target only surface-level symptoms, this method aims to improve the structural foundation of the body for long-term results. The clinic was founded in 1962 by Dr R. T. (Tom) Sims and expanded in 1989 when Dr Paul Finn joined the practice. Today, the team comprises nine chiropractors, bringing over one hundred years of combined experience. Sims & Finn Chiropractic serves patients across three convenient locations in Dandenong, Frankston, and Pakenham. Each clinic provides individualised care, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to the specific needs and goals of every patient. The practice treats a wide range of conditions, from back and neck pain to headaches, posture-related issues, and musculoskeletal concerns. The team works closely with patients to support improved movement, comfort, and overall wellbeing. For more than six decades, Sims & Finn Chiropractic has been committed to delivering attentive, thoughtful care. The focus remains on helping patients feel supported, move with confidence, and achieve meaningful improvements in their health and daily function."
